Funny Scottish gifts, made in Perth, posted across Australia
Scottish artwork off the wall and onto the things you use every day. Every piece here started as one of Caroline’s paintings, a highland coo, a thistle, a puffin, a line of Scots you grew up hearing. Printed in Perth, posted anywhere in Australia, and none of it comes with a six week wait from a warehouse in Fife.

What’s in the box
Glass coasters, a set of four for $35, with the coos and thistles under the glass so the tea rings never get near the paint. A glass chopping board and a glass trivet at $35 each, which is the same artwork built for a kitchen that actually gets used. A 600ml skinny tumbler with a lid and a straw, wrapped in highland cow, for the commute or the school run. Stubby holders from $10 with Scottish sayings on them, because a tinnie in the esky deserves a bit of patter. Beer mats at $6 a set, one lot of Scottish sayings and one lot of song lyrics, for the home bar or the caravan. A highland cow luggage tag at $15 so you can spot your bag on the carousel at Perth Airport before anyone else has moved. A fold away bag for life that says Whit’s Left of It, which is either a joke about the bag or a joke about you. And at Christmas, tartan and highland coo baubles at $15 for the tree.
Who these are for
Scots in Australia, mostly. The ones who left Glasgow or Aberdeen or Dundee thirty years ago and still say aye without noticing. Their kids, who have never been and want something on the fridge that explains their granny. The Australian who married one and needs a birthday present that lands. If you are looking for Scottish gift ideas that are not a shortbread tin or a tea towel with a map on it, this is the shelf.
Everything is small enough to post in a satchel and most orders go out within a few working days. Local pickup around Joondalup if you would rather skip the postie, and you will find us in person at markets across Perth, dates on the Find Us page. Mugs are on their way back once we have found a printer who does them properly, so if a Scottish mug is what you came for, check back or send us a message and we will let you know when they land.
Looking for something to go with it? The cards are $6 and we write your message inside, and the art and prints start at $39.
